I'm missing working right next door to a grocery store. We do have a pretty well stocked self-serve store at work, and I do have a few options for nuts there.
Product | Servings | Fat grams per serving | Protein grams per serving | Carb grams per serving | Fiber grams per serving | Fat grams | Protien grams | Digestable Carb grams | Calories | % fat calories | Ketogenic Ratio |
Peanut Almond Cashew Mix | 1.0 | 26 | 12 | 9 | 4 | 26 | 12 | 5.00 | 302.00 | 77.48% | 198.63% |
Wholesome Medley | 5.0 | 9 | 4 | 14 | 2 | 45.00 | 20.00 | 60.00 | 725.00 | 55.86% | 65.31% |
Cran-Blueberry Nut Clusters | 2.0 | 9 | 3 | 13 | 1 | 18.00 | 6.00 | 24.00 | 282.00 | 57.45% | 64.75% |
I knew the nut clusters were full of sugar, I didn't realize that the medley had almost the same amount. The medley has cranberries, rasins, and dark chocolate bits in it as well as nuts.
Again, not "paleo" by the omega 6 standard, but that nut mix came out pretty well on the calories from fat scale, even reaching the ketogenic ratio used for therapeutic treatment.
